Lower Left: "Naturen beundres" (Admiring the nature). Lower Right: "Rast" (Rest). Hvalsmoen today is a large Army base with engineer corps, radio corps, and schools. The large barn is possibly still used as an arsenal.

The next three pages are entitled "I Kristiania -
1922". In addition to Georg's mention of the Norwegian
Ski Patrol he also mentioned serving in the "King's
Guard" (In Oslo by the Royal Castle).
